Megan Faircloth
Undergraduate Learning Consultant
Megan Faircloth (she/hers) hails from the small town of Wendell, North Carolina. She is a junior majoring in East Asian Studies with a focus on Korea, and is inordinately passionate about her major, so any questions about her two trips to South Korea or what she’s been learning about recently are more than welcome. As a first generation/low income (FLI) student herself, she is also passionate about education equity and empowering other FLI students through her work as a Peer Learning Consultant. Megan participated in the Leland Scholars program the summer before her first year at Stanford (LSP VI). In addition, she has been working closely with the SARA office during the past two years as both a SARA Ambassador and SAAM (Sexual Assault Awareness Month) board member. She also enjoys tutoring middle schoolers through the Haas Center’s EPASA program.
