Elena Vasilache

Elena (she/her) is a third-year Master of Liberal Arts student interested in education, business, and law. She is originally from the Republic of Moldova, where she received her Bachelor of Arts. Elena also speaks English, Romanian, and Russian. In her free time, she takes online coding and data analysis classes.

Elena earned the Stanford Ignite certificate, where she learned fundamental business concepts and worked on developing an educational AI chatbot. Elena also earned the Practitioner level of the CIRTL certification, where she researched how being part of a local learning community increases the completion rates of online classes. Elena joined Peer Academic Coaching to help students improve their academic skills and thrive at Stanford.
