Nicole Segaran

Lead Project Strategist

Nicole Segaran (she/her) is a junior tentatively majoring in Computer Science and minoring in Education and/or Creative Writing. She’s from Indiana, though she and her family currently reside in Scottsdale, Arizona. On campus, she is involved with the Asian Women’s Alliance, where she serves as co-chair for the Service and Advocacy Committee, as well as Stanford Women in Computer Science. Nicole is particularly interested in exploring the cross-section between her passion for teaching and technology and contributing to work that uplifts students of all backgrounds and experiences. Being a part of the Peer Learning Consultant Program is a chance to do just that and learn how she can best utilize her skillset to advocate for equitable education. She hopes to apply what she learns as a part of this program to a future career in the Edtech industry or a teaching position. In her free time, Nicole loves to bake, read YA novels, and write fictional stories.
