Phuthi Tsatsi

Engineering Learning Consultant

Phuthi Tsatsi (he/his/him) is a second year Electrical Engineering MSc Student, focused on Power Electronics and Semiconductor devices. His main interests lie in developing clean, affordable and reliable electricity systems. Prior to coming to Stanford, Phuthi was a Business Development Associate at an Energy Investment firm based in Nairobi, and also spent 3 years as a management consultant in the BCG Johannesburg office.

As a learning consultant, Phuthi is really passionate about sharing some of the skills and coping mechanisms he has learnt working in high-pressure / demanding environments and supporting students to build more sustainable work-life balance practices. Phuthi completed his undergrad in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, majoring in Power Systems at the university of Cape Town where he graduated top of his top of his class.
