Cindy Ramirez

Cynthia Ramirez (she/her) is an undergraduate sophomore from outside of Chicago who is interested in the social sciences as they pertain to Urban Studies and Public Policy; however, her major is undecided. She also enjoys classes that involve writing and music. She has not yet experienced life on campus, but hopes to live in Casa Zapata and be a part of the Latinx community at Stanford, as well as become a member of groups invested in social activism. She also hopes to find other QuestBridge and Gates Scholars. Off-campus, she has enjoyed learning how to upcycle clothes and cycling through her neighborhood. The position of Peer Learning Consultant allows her to pursue her passions of helping others and planning events.
