One of the best ways to reduce stress in college is to get organized. In this section, you’ll find tips to help you organize your time, declutter your physical and digital workspaces, sort through your email inbox, and establish a clear and consistent note-taking system.

You'll still have to go to class, do the homework, answer emails, and take good notes, but by being organized, you'll also have more time to do those things—rather than panicking about where to find that Zoom link, when you’re supposed to submit an important assignment, or how you'll get everything done.
