Ananya Goyal

Peer Academic Coach

Ananya Goyal (she/her) is a Peer Academic Coach at the Center for Teaching and Learning. She received her B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Rochester, where she worked with students as a tutor and peer academic adviser. Currently, Ananya is working toward her Ph.D. in Bioengineering at Stanford, and her research is focused on imaging of joint function using PET-MRI methods in people with osteoarthritis. She is passionate about teaching, mentoring and learning, and hopes to contribute to a positive student experience. Ananya is excited to work with students one-on-one and help them gain the tools they need to succeed academically. Outside of academics, Ananya enjoys cooking, exploring new restaurants and cafes, and spending time with friends and family.
